Five persons will be appointed as branch manager in a reputed NGO.

Job context:
The NGO is calling for the application of the citizens of Bangladesh as a branch manager under the microfinance program funded by the Rural Workers’ Aid Foundation.

Workplace:
Any branch office of the micro credit program of the agency located in Khulna, Bagerhat, Satkhira and Jessore districts.

Number of work vacancies: 5 person.

Branch manager

Job responsibilities: not applicable.

Employment status: Full time.

Educational Requirements:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in order to become a branch manager.

Requirements Experience:
At least 2 years.

Additional Requirements:
Age from 25 to 35 years, with 2 years experience as a branch manager with minimum graduation experience. Must have a valid bike license. Must have skills in computer and software management.

Job Location:
Khulna, Bagerhat, Jessore, Satkhira.

In the post of branch manager Salary:
Salary according to the pay scale of the organization after settlement: 32717 / – to 34800 tk.

Compensation and other benefits:
Mobile allowance 400 / – and lunch allowance 60 / – and accommodation. There are also other benefits, including PF Institutions 10%, Gratuity Maximum 3, Annual Bonus 2.50 and special financial privileges.
